The struggle continues! The media seem determined to promote the negative side of the economy, especially the housing market. While what they report is certainly true in many areas of the country, they fail to point out that it does not apply to all areas of the country. I'm sure you've heard that having a national real estate report is about as accurate as having a national weather report, i.e. weather and real estate are very local issues. It would sure be nice if the media recognized this fact and would include some sort of clarification for the public.
